Conflicting dietary advice

Uncertainty around supplementation

Understanding which supplements are appropriate - and why - requires knowledge that goes beyond a product label.

Lack of structured pet nutrition education

Clear, disease-specific nutritional guidance is rarely available in an accessible, credible format for pet owners.

Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools in chronic disease management — yet clear, structured education for pet owners has remained largely inaccessible.

Nutrition is part of long-term disease management, yet clear, structured education is rarely available. Wisetroop was created to bridge this gap.

Katherine is a certified pet nutritionist with a foundation built on over 12 years of clinical experience as a human nutritionist. Trained in Small Animal Natural Nutrition through the College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies (Australia), she brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach to animal health, translating complex nutrition science into practical, actionable guidance for pet owners.

Her work focuses on chronic disease management in dogs and cats, including conditions such as kidney disease, osteoarthritis, allergies, and pancreatitis. Beyond individual consultations, Katherine formulates therapeutic diets for commercial brands and conducts educational workshops for pet owners and professionals alike.

Through Wisetroop, she aims to raise the standard of therapeutic nutrition education, making specialised knowledge accessible to every pet owner who needs it.
